Hi,
Thanks for checking out my website. My name is Isaac and I've been writing music for 20 years. I'm an experienced composer who specializes in audio production for visual media. Sound is my passion, and I love storytelling with sound. If you're interested in working with me, feel free to send me an email. I can assist with mixing and mastering your audio, writing tracks or composing themes, sound design, audio implementation for video games, orchestration and mockup production, or laying down elements for your musical creations.
A bit about me:

My father introduced me to the piano when I was four years old, and I've been hooked ever since.

Around age 10 I was lucky enough to study under David Brown, who taught me jazz harmony, and Bud Pabst, who introduced me to the world of drums and percussion. Mostly playing by ear, I started to learn the basics of recording/producing and then ended up going to Berklee College of Music to study orchestration and sound engineering.

It was awesome to be able to experience the process of recording orchestra for film music, and I took an interest in audio implementation for video games as well. Around my sophomore year, I started working on a few video games. "Tower Duel" was my favorite, developed by a very fun German team. Creating the music and audio was a blast and the game had a successful release.

At Berklee I was able to meet the micro-tonal master David Fiuczynski, and played with his band several times while exploring different tuning systems and harmonies. Playing with so many talented musicians while also making great friends was the best part about moving to Boston. I graduated in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in film scoring and a minor in video game scoring.
I moved back to my hometown of Aiken, South Carolina, where I currently live with my wonderful wife, Alexis. I continue to enjoy working on all things audio-related, and the wonderful thing about sound is that you can never stop learning and exploring. It truly is a magical element of life. The waves in the ocean are no different, the world is alive with vibration. You could spend 1,000 hours learning about room acoustics, or the harmonic series, and it all just leads to more questions and epiphanies. How great that we have the ability to create and showcase the exploration of it all....
